Grip-Lok® 3400L Large Universal Securement (10-pack)
Grip-Lok® Medium (3300M) securement device is strong enough to lock lines and tubes in place yet versatile enough for almost any securement situation.
The securement device is hypoallergenic, breathable and latex-free. It is easy to apply and the top strap can be peeled back to inspect and adjust the line/hub. Provides superior securement for both vertical and horizontal lifting accidental line pulls. The soft, flexible fabric is comfortable on the skin, with no hard plastic parts. Grip-Lok® Medium is sterile packed to allow application of the device close to the insertion site of the line.
Grip-Lok® is applied in the same simple manner as a plaster and can be easily placed and adjusted with gloved hands.
All goods must be sent back in an outer box, hand wrapped or shrink wrapped to avoid courier labels being placed on the goods.
- All goods must be unopened and unused
- No labels or writing on the boxes
- Minimum 12 months expiry date required
- All goods must be in a re-saleable condition
- A 20% handling fee is applicable to each return, up to a maximum of £50 unless this is an exchange
Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a credit not being issued and any goods returned in an unsuitable condition will be charged a re-packaging fee.
